Halloween Controversy

I believe the school shouldn't ban Halloween costumes just because one kid took a costume that was insulting. I think they should only punish him and not everyone else. I think it is unfair because they didn't do anything. It's not their fault someone doesn't have respect for other people. I think they are making a big deal into something bigger. I think they should let everyone else use their costume and not let that one specific boy take a costume.
